Teal and Yellow Murano Shell

Large, vintage murano shell-shaped dish with a light yellow base and teal outer edge. Handmade and mouth-blown in the 1970's, using the sommerso technique, which combines multiple colors of glass. 

This piece has two faceted bases, which allow for it to be positioned upright or in a slanted position (see photos). 

Measuring 18 x 13 cm, in excellent condition.
