Green and Yellow Murano Shell

Large, vintage murano shell-shaped dish with a yellow base and dark green top. Handmade and mouth-blown in the 1970's, using the sommerso technique, which combines multiple colors of glass. 

This piece has two faceted bases, which allow for it to be positioned upright or in a slanted position (see photos). 

Measuring 17 x 10 cm, in excellent condition.
