Buon Ricordo Red Pasta / Risotto Series

Buon Ricordo plates were introduced in Italy in the 1960s in an effort to popularise traditional dishes through unique, collectable plates from participating restaurants. As members of the Buon Ricordo union, restaurants received a hand-painted, custom-designed plate, which would be used to serve their signature dish. These plates have since become highly collectible, and are symbolic of Italian culture, hospitality and nostalgia. 

This set features plates on the theme of pasta and risotto, in complimentary shades of red. The specific pieces are as follows:
