Yes, absolutely.

Vintage kilim rugs often have vibrant colors and dense patterns, which means that they hide stains and wear quite well. For regular care, they can be vacuumed or spot-cleaned with cold water and a bit of gentle soap. For more persistent stains, professional dry-cleaning would be recommended.
Personally, I would not feel comfortable machine washing my own kilims and would not recommend this to customers.
Although kilims are typically made of machine-washable materials, such as wool or cotton, some vintage pieces occasionally have other fibers, such as goat or camel hair. Additionally, kilims should not be fully soaked (eg: in a washing machine) as this may cause the colors to blend.
Rather, spot clean as needed and take your kilim to a professional dry cleaner if required.
Most of the Vintagette mushroom lamps require an E27 bulb, although some of the vintage pieces use the smaller E14 size.
Bulb color and wattage will have a considerable impact upon how your lamp looks, and the end result is very much personal preferrence. I always opt for a warm white bulb, typically in a higher wattage such as 60W.
